Janss Marketplace dressed up for the Holidays
Thousand Oaks Chabad Jewish Center will host the Hanukkah Family Festival from 5 to 7 p.m. Tues., Dec. 4 in the Regal Cinemas Court. The event will have the first night of Hanukkah candle lighting of the 18-foot giant menorah, traditional music, dancing, free youth activities and food, including latkes.
Temple Etz Chaim will host the second night menorah lighting with traditional music, dancing, free youth activities, foods, and latkes from 6:30 to 8 p.m. Wed., Dec. 5.
Janss Marketplace will host a new four-night Holiday Jazz Concert series from 6 to 8 p.m.
The performers are: Alex Nester Trio on Dec. 13 and Rene Myara Band on Dec. 14 and 15.
The free 30-minute live concerts will follow the Holiday Lights 3D Spectacular show that illuminates Burlington Court with animation elves, toy soldiers, other holiday icons and special effects.
Complimentary hot cocoa will be served, while supplies last.
