Janchi Korean BBQ is Open at Janss Marketplace
THOUSAND OAKS, CALIF. (December 5, 2016) –The English translation of the Korean word “Janchi” is “to feast with family and friends,” which aptly describes a wonderful new restaurant in Thousand Oaks. The new Janchi Korean BBQ at Janss Marketplace offers both table grill and grilled-in-the-kitchen service of freshly prepared foods.
Janchi Korean BBQ is the newest restaurant at Janss Marketplace, located off the 101 Freeway at the intersection of Hillcrest Drive and Moorpark Road in Thousand Oaks. Owner Richard Lee’s son, Kevin Lee, is manager of the restaurant.
Janchi Korean BBQ is a self-grill restaurant that serves “PRIME” choice quality meat rather than food that is served in “all you can eat” typical Korean bbq restaurants. At Janchi Korean BBQ, guests select and enjoy exactly what their taste buds crave!
The 35 booths and tables at Janchi Korean BBQ are equipped with individual grills where diners can select and cook from marinated beef short ribs, brisket, beet tongue, shrimp, scallops and other items. Each meal includes the traditional Banchan, the authentic side dishes served with a Korean meal.
The grilled-in-the-kitchen menu features marinated meats and seafood. The restaurant also includes a bar serving wine and beer.
